You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request a return. We accept products that are unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Simply write to us at info@koreanglowconnect.eu indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Important:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
